Today I made salsa with my cute friend Danielle. We have decided to quite our day jobs and go into the salsa business...NOT! I forgot how much work making this tasty condiment takes. It was so worth it however and we will enjoy it all year long. We made 24 pints of HOT and 24 pints of MEDIUM, it turned out so yummy! My next project is plum syrup, apple pie filling and possibly soup(I still have lots of tomatoes and peppers left). You can just call me Martha Stewart...ha ha.

SaLsA SaTuRdAy

Way 2 go! Lots of work, but worth it when you open up a jar later. Have fun with the pie filling and soup. SO YUMMY!
