Tracen has finally got his staples out and he is EXTREMELY BORED! He saw this fox running in the field and yes you guessed it. Well it looks like he is back in business. He has already got back on his bike and better be taking it slow! He won't be heading back to work until December 1st. So he has a lot of cycling that he can do in order to get his hip strong again for racing season. I'm so glad that the surgery went so well and that he is making great gains.
